Refund & Deferral Policy – APEX 21 Virtual Run Challenge

Strictly No Refund Policy

All registrations for the events organized by Apex Endurance Academy are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including withdrawal from the event, non-participation, personal reasons, injury, illness, or scheduling conflicts.

Once the registration fee has been paid, no refund will be issued.

Event Deferral Policy

At the sole discretion of Apex Endurance Academy, participants may be permitted to defer their registration to another eligible Apex Endurance Academy event, subject to approval, availability, and applicable terms and conditions.

Deferral requests must be communicated to the organizing team in advance. Approval of a deferral is not guaranteed.

By completing the registration, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Apex Endurance Academy reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all refund and deferral requests.
